Presenta el trabajo realizado en El Encín, explotación agrícola del Instituto Nacional de Investigaciones Agronómicas, donde se encuentra la escuela de formación de agentes y ayudantes del servicio de extensión agraria. Mostrando las diferentes enseñanzas que se imparten en la escuela, y la vida diaria de los alumnos y alumnos que estudian y residen en ella, con una marcada diferencia de géneros.
This film describes the work carried out in El Encín, a farm belonging to the National Institute of Agricultural Investigation, and the school for training the agents and auxiliaries of the government’s Agricultural Extension Service. It shows the various subjects taught in the centre, and the daily life of the students who study and live there, with markedly different treatments for men and women.
